ISHS to provide
- Medical checkup of the student in
school and creation of a permanent
medical record
- Recommendation for referral to
requisite health services, to a student
in case of finding a medical condition
requiring such referrals
- Health education sessions for
students with provision of information
material
- Access to a copy of computerized
medical profile of any student on
request
Facilities for family of the students
ISHS to provide
- Access to health services which have
agreed to provide discounted service
charges to ISHS members (students and
family members)
- Information to access health
services with quality and standards;
- Awareness and better understanding
of health issues via children health
education sessions
- Access to medical record of their
children both in School and ISHS
